個人簡介
Rongjun Shen is an instructor in the Department of Applied Foreign Languages at Takming University of Technology. His research focuses on English for Specific Purposes (ESP), learning styles, and curriculum design. He currently teaches courses in English Vocabulary and Reading for Industry, as well as General and Business English Conversation. A graduate of the Institute of Linguistics at National Tsing Hua University, Rongjun Shen has spearheaded research projects for the National Science Council (NSC) regarding indigenous language studies, as well as ESP projects sponsored by the Ministry of Education (MOE) and various industry partners. He is particularly passionate about ESP curriculum development and material design. In 2008, he published the widely used ESP textbook Talk About Taiwan (ISBN 978-957-784-258-9), which has been adopted by numerous English departments across Taiwan.
